Surprise, drunkers! We’re back just one week later with episode 7! As we mentioned last time, we read Aziz Ansari’s Modern Romance.
This episode, we are so on the Aziz Train. At the beginning, though, we get caught on a podcast tangent (name checking Reply All; This American Life; Death, Sex & Money with Anna Sale; Story Corps; and Sara Weber’s Adolescence is A Marketing Tool). We also discuss the fact that Olivia is Aziz’s number one stalker, sadness (or happiness? zing!) over the fact that Aziz is no longer with the girlfriend mentioned in the book, the impetus that this book may be to make people want to delete all online dating accounts, the fact that “VCR movies” is not a genre, and so.much.more.
